This monitor was created in response to Zendesk case number 78337. As of 1/12/2022 the case is still in process but our goal with this monitor is to isolate these issues proactively.

When these are currently encountered, search Zendesk for ZeroDollarRateChangeRequest. If the most recent date is after that date, create a new case with "ZeroDollarRateChangeRequest" in the case subject so it can be searched to help identify if the instance returned in the monitor has already been cased or not. As modifications and additional details are made, this case will be updated with further instructions.
